This is our newest condo and my husband and I have over 800 5-star reviews between our other properties (which you can see below). Located right inside the Village Lodge, our one bedroom condo has the best location in town. Others advertise a village location but in reality they are across the street and several blocks away. Not us. Our immaculately clean condo is just steps away from dozens of restaurants, bistros, and shops. But best of all, right downstairs you can catch the Gondola to the Mammoth Mountain Ski Resort. No more lugging your skis, boards and boots into your car, hunting for parking at the resort, and trudging for a mile to the ski lifts. You will just park your vehicle in the underground parking garage, and never use it the rest of your stay!

AMENITIES

You are in the Village now, so expect to enjoy yourself! You are steps away from the Village heated outdoor pool and two outdoor jacuzzis (yes, even when it's snowing they are nice and warm). There is also another jacuzzi spa in our building, just an elevator ride away.

***Use the gym located in our building for cardio or weights with our new Peloton bikes ( and treadmill, elliptical, bicycle, weights, etc.).

*Bring the kids down to the Village promenade to play in the snow, enjoy the various games around the village, roast marshmallows around the firepits, or watch the Saturday parade with Mammoth Host "Woolly."

*Catch the daytime free shuttle or the evening free trolley to get anywhere in Mammoth.

*Enjoy the secure, heated underground garage to park your car and avoid shoveling it out after a big storm!


CONVENIENCE

Check in is super easy. No need to find a rental company office late at night to collect the keys--there is a lockbox right outside our front door. Lockbox combination, wifi passwords and a welcome email with recommendations will be emailed to you one week before arrival. Check out is a breeze, just leave your keys and parking permit on the counter before you go.

My husband and I manage our four homes and rental properties as our full-time job through Mammoth Bliss Vacation Rentals. That means that you have access to our help, knowledge base, expertise, and anything you may need 24/7. We both have all the apps loaded on our phones and laptops, so we will respond to any questions you may have immediately. A hotel has hundreds of other guests vying for the services, beauty, resources, and "exclusivity" of the property. A typical VRBO listing is just the home and no guidance, tips, networking, suggestions, etc. My husband and I provide the best of both worlds giving you amazing support, exclusivity, relaxation, and privacy.

Over all the property was clean. Unfortunately it wasn’t very comfortable. The mattress definitely needs to be replaced in the bedroom. It was flat and no support. The couch was very uncomfortable as it bowed in the middle and the seat cushions are definitely worn out. The shower curtain stinks like sweat and is stained brown at the bottom. Very basic necessities and random brands of soap, shampoo, hand soap and conditioner in the shower. Over all this property is not worth the price.

Ideally situated one bedroom condo in the core of the Village-steps away from great restaurants, shops, bars with access to property pool and hot tubs. balcony overlooks the center of action Immaculate unit with gas fireplace and lots of light Although the Village Gondola was closed (it was Memorial Day weekend!) it is super close by Highly recommend!

We used the condo for a quick 2-trip for snowboarding. The location was great because we could use the gondola to Canyon and it’s an easy walk to lots of restaurants. Condo was as described. Bed was comfortable and the check-in and check-out process was easy. Host was a good communicator. We had no issues.

Quick mammoth trip

Our stay was a quick one-just over the weekend but this place had all we needed. The bed in the master was quite comfortable and I appreciated the quality of the linens. I gave 4 stars for cleanliness because the pans had some residual burnt on food left behind and there were a couple hairs seen in the bathroom. Otherwise it was perfectly kept. Overall, we’d stay here again.

I couldn’t wait to get back on the snow and this location in the Village is the best place I’ve ever stayed at in Mammoth. I’ve been going since 2016! I’m glad I finally discovered Vrbo and was lucky to find a trustworthy host, Mikaela! Please giver her your business. I loved sitting on the balcony people watching with a coffee in the Village! Loved having a lock already on the ski locker so I didn’t have to rent one from the front desk. The host thought of everything!

Just as Advertised

My son and I stayed at the Village Lodge for the weekend on a Father/Son getaway. This was the easiest check in process I've experienced. The instructions given made it easy and we were unpacked and ready to explore in minutes. The unit was clean, well decorated and the book provided by the manager gave us great hints on how to enjoy our time at Mammoth. We were especially grateful for the hint about the jacuzzi connected to the Fitness Center. We hope to stay again in the future!
