Brand new kitchen November 2023! Bring your family and friends to enjoy our updated spacious mountain retreat! After a day on the trails, relax in a comfortable open living/dining area with a 65" 4K TV and dining table for 10. All 4 bedrooms have comfortable beds, ample closet space, and 4K TVs! Chill out on the deck and BBQ a tasty meal. Or stay inside, play some provided family friendly games, and bake a treat with a fully loaded kitchen. Red Line shuttle stop to The Village and Main Lodge is just a short walk out the door!

This townhome has a splendid Eastern Sierra cabin feel and has plenty of room to relax. It is very well cared for by both the owners and our very attentive property manager.
There is a full size washer/dryer in the unit for your convenience. Tandem parking for 2 cars is right out the door. There is a great year-round indoor pool/spa in the common area.
Located right on the free town Red Line shuttle route (2 minute walk from our front door!), providing easy access to shops, restaurants, The Village, and Mammoth Mountain!
Traveling with a baby/toddler? Let us know in advance and we can provide a Pack and Play. Our sleds and games are also there for your enjoyment.
Summer:
Guests are welcome to check out a volleyball and play in our complex's court. Walk to town and pick up bike rentals to go on an adventure! Mammoth Creek Park (with a playground), Town Loop Trail, and the Snowcreek Meadow Preserve are within 5-10 mins walking distance as well.
Winter:
This condo is very close to the town, making ski/snowboard rental pickups easy. Red Line Shuttle is a 2 minute walk from the front door for convenient access to either Main Lodge or The Village. No need to drive and worry about parking at the lodges! But if you must drive, Eagle Lodge is the closest lodge just a 5 minute drive away. Canyon Lodge 8 minute drive, and Main Lodge is about a 12-15 minute drive.
Tandem parking for 2 cars right outside the townhome. Overflow parking located near the townhome for an additional car.

Great Property
The house was perfect for our group of 4 families with infants/small children. The kitchen pots/pans, appliances and bathrooms are in great condition and the house was very clean. We would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely perfect place to stay for our family!
You really never know how a place is going to be until you get there… this property was absolutely perfect for our family of 8! The layout was great & clean. The location couldn’t have been better… easy to get to the slopes & shopping. Dealing with the host was very easy & very fast responses when I had questions. We would definitely stay here again when we go back to Mammoth!

Great Mammoth Condo
We had a great long weekend, staying at this condo with friends and our two young children. The host was always available to communicate well, and took care of us by getting us an extra pack and play so we didn’t have to bring one for our two young children. The condo was in a great location, close to town, the grocery store, and local restaurants. We would definitely consider booking this place again when coming back up to Mammoth to ski.

Awesome Place
We had the best time at this condo! Plenty of room for 6 adults and 4 your kids. It had everything we needed for a great ski trip! Loved being close to the shuttle. The pool and hot tub could have been a little cleaner, but beyond that we would definitely stay here again!

All adults had large comfortable beds
4th bedroom was nice spot for drying snow gear or place for kids to bunk. We actually used as a nap room for infants
Living room space is very nice. Clean furniture
Kitchen is tight. A coffee bar area would have been helpful. Fridge is small. We did leave drinks and some stuff from in cooler on patio deck
Grill on patio was ok. 1 burner needs service
Otherwise very clean. Easy check in and out

Great Townhome & Great Location
Close to Vons, restaurants and shuttle stops. Spacious, clean and fully equipped. Lots of beds/bedrooms, and beds were very comfortable. Very attentive host and overall great stay. Will definitely stay here again.

My family and I had a great stay at the Chateau Sans Nom. This is our go to complex for Mammoth adventures and accommodates a larger group nicely. The unit is updated, kitchen well stocked and overall comfortable accommodations. Would absolutely rent again.

Beautiful condo! Spacious and great location
Gorgeous condo with ample space for a large family. We will definitely rent this condo again! Negatives: very little spices and few large pots/pans for cooking. Bed covers/decorative pillow cases need to be washed! Still give it 5 stars though!

Family Mammoth Trip
Our Familly of 6 had plenty of room, it was very clean, beds were comfortable and everything worked the way its supposed too. We would stay here again and recommend it to others for sure. The host was very nice and very responsive.
