This newly remodeled and furnished two bedroom plus loft condominium is located near the shuttle stop.

The living room has a balcony and lots of comfortable couch seating with a 42" flat screen TV and a DVD player. The kitchen seats 4 at the table and 2 at the counter and also has a balcony. A full bath is located on this level. The loft sleeps 4 with 1 queen bed and a full/twin bunk bed. The master bedroom, with a full bath, is nicely furnished with a queen bed and has a balcony that steps outside to the pool/spa area. The second bedroom, also with a full bath and a balcony has a queen bed.

This condominium offers complimentary wireless internet access. The HOA rules do not allow for pets in any of our units. Thank you for following this strictly enforced policy.

The bad: Host/management experience was terrible. The owner should consider sending in a secret shopper, as I assume they pay good money to manage the property. When we asked about an amenity, it took over a day to respond and then the response was completely off putting and the management company pivoted and blamed the owner of the condo for the problem, explaining there was nothing THEY could do. Be sure to bring your own soap, shampoo/conditioner, and hand soap, as they do not provide any of these basic things, instead blaming the single use law for their absence- when they could install refillable options, like I’ve seen at most hotels and VRBOs nowadays. I think they are simply being cheap. There was a lack of dish rags, and no hand towels in the bathrooms, and no hooks or bars to hang towels. Toilet could use some deep cleaning. The good: the condo was in a great location. Walkable to a lot of restaurants and shuttle. Furnace/fireplace was nice and there was plenty of firewood. Quiet location and comfortable beds. The condo was clean and nice balcony space.

Great location

The place was a great location for all of the trails and shops in Mammoth Lakes and close to Yosemite. The check in was a bit clunky as we showed up at 4:45 and although the office was suppose to be until 5pm, it was closed. We were able to use the lock box, but the wrong name was listed on the envelope. It all worked out, but was a different experience than expected. Cleanliness was OK, but the dishwasher was full and coffee grounds were in the coffee pot from prior tenant. We are a family of 5 and there was plenty of room for all of us. The only downside was that it was warm and the temp in the place would never go lower than 75 degrees. The loft area would be 80 by night so that was a bit uncomfortable as the week heated up. All in all, the place was great and was a good base for our family fun.

Great location

Great location and the place was clean and recently renovated. Would stay here again in the future. One recommendation would be for the owned to install balusters on the stairs for safety of little kids who can't stay off the stairs.

Beautiful and modern, I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

I absolutely loved this property! I made a last-minute decision to book this 3-night trip, so while this unit had far more space than I needed (it sleeps 8), I was limited in my options and had to act fast. As soon as I walked in, I was stoked! The mountain was closed for most of Wednesday due to high winds, so I spent the day on my laptop working comfortably in the dining area. The area is nice and quiet, and I had a very productive day. The main floor and loft area are a bit cool even with the heater on, so if you do have folks sleeping in the loft, be prepared to have layers. Otherwise, the listing and photos depict it perfectly, and I will definitely look to book this spot again. Only next time, I'll try to rope in a few more friends to split the cost. ;o) Actually might look at dates right now...THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!
