The unit is set up to be family friendly, and offers a spacious two story layout. On the upper level is the open plan living room with cozy propane fireplace, and large sectional couch and dining area for six. Enjoy the bonus den area off the kitchen where you can sit and read or book or sip on your morning coffee, or the kids can take over. This den features a Queen sleeper sofa for additional sleeping space. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare meals. There is a full bath on the upper level with walk-in shower. All three bedrooms are on the lower floor, the primary featuring a King bed with private en-suite vanity. The second bedroom features a Queen bed, and the other last bedroom with two Twins and games for the kids. The third full bathroom with tub/shower combo is accessed from the hall. You can enjoy the upper private patio and take in the forest setting. This unit sleeps a maximum of 8 people, is non-smoking and pets are not permitted. The unit is in close proximity to all of Mammoth Estates amenities, including outdoor pool (Summer only), outdoor year-round hot tub and recreation room with a pool table, ping pong, coin operated laundry facilities.
