About the space: Welcome to Lakeview Townhomes. These 3 story townhomes are in the perfect location right near the Westin and Village at Mammoth. This townhome has brand new construction and high-end designer finishes, making for an immaculate retreat. Central heating and a gas fireplace make for easy comfort in those cold winter months, central air conditioning to cool down during warm summer days.
This 1460 sq. ft. property has a beautiful living area, with comfortable couches, a nice sized dining room table, and kitchen with solid stone quartz countertops and stainless-steel appliances. Off the main living area is a private deck with access to the private BBQ and jacuzzi.
The first bedroom off the main living area offers a queen-sized bed, closet, and ensuite bathroom with tub/shower. Bedrooms two and three are located upstairs on the third story. Bedroom two has a full/double over full/double bunkbed and a twin/single over twin/single bunkbed, closet and ensuite bathroom with tub/shower. Bedroom three is the master bedroom, with a king-sized bed, big closet, and ensuite bathroom. The master bathroom has a double vanity with solid quartz countertops and walk-in shower.
There is in-unit laundry located on the third floor, down the hall from the master suite.
The garage is oversized and includes a large built in boot dryer - it's large enough for parking, and to store all of your ski gear in the winter or your bikes in the summer. There is a built in EV charger in the garage to make sure your electric car is charged up before you go!
We provide coffee, coffee filters, creamer, sugar, salt, pepper, and cooking oil. We also provide all linens and towels, shampoo, conditioner, hairdryer, soap, lotion, toilet paper, paper towels, tissues, dish soap, dish detergent, sponges, trash bags, and laundry detergent.

We travel a lot as a family and have stayed in numerous VRBO rentals. This is one of the top places we've encountered so far. The kitchen is well stocked with basics and the living and bedrooms were very comfortable. The attached garage and central air made our stay even easier. It's a 5 minute walk to the Village and dining and a quick ride to all the surrounding lakes. Would definitely stay here again.
