Cute, Updated but some kinks need to be fixed
We like the Bigwood property area in general as we've stayed here several times in different units. This unit was nice and updated but we had issues with getting the heaters to, you know, actually work. First day we checked in (at 5pm because that's the earliest you can check in--conveniently AFTER property management closes). Heater at entry doesn't stay on. We called after hours property management who was great but never fully fixed the issue. Showed us how to "do this to trick the system to work" but that actually didn't work. The wall heater upstairs works but is crazy loud when running. The pellet wood heater never worked either. After some trial and error, we also found out that the outlet that the toaster oven was plugged into is out and it was just the outlet that didn't work. Not a huge deal but we sort of expected certain things to work without question--outlets, heaters, etc. Again, cute unit, but needs some final touches to make it worth renting again.
