Internet access, TV/VCR and/or DVD in living room and in both bedrooms, stereo/CD, washer and dryer, barbecue, fully-equipped kitchen, pellet stove fireplace and outside parking. This was a great condo with plenty of seating and sleeping space. The rooms were on the lower level with the kitchen and living room up the stairs in an open concept format . The loft was open on both sides looking over the kitchen and living room. The only downside was that the beds were a little uncomfortable, and the kitchen had old pots and pans. The location is a 9 minute walk to the free shuttle that takes you to the ski lift. Otherwise, this was a very good experience.

Family Fishing Trip

It was the perfect size for our group and with all the necessities that we needed to enjoy the weekend and having the patio outside the master bedroom facing the lagoon was the perfect spot to enjoy an evening coffee as it was on the top balcony outside the living room. Will look forward to stay on the wonderful place in our next trip.

Owner very communicative and helpful, great layout with plenty of space and plenty of beds. Cozy cottage cabin. Location a bit away from the village but close and easy to get to the mountain for skiing.

Cozy condo!

Big fan of the layout and furnishings in this condo, plenty of space for my friends and I to spread out. The shared hot tub is also awesome, large, and rarely busy in our experience. Great for après ski! Steve is also a great host and excellent communicator, went above and beyond for our stay. Will be coming back.

Perfect place to take my family and their significant others for a ski trip!! It was very clean, well described and well suited for our group! The location was great and parking was available every time we arrived. It would be a great place to stay also in the summer.

Loved our Winter Christmass getaway stay in Mammoth & our Vrbo made it much more wonderful & cozy! Great location with beautiful snowy mtn. views from patio decks (yes two decks)! Condo was very warm, cozy with great kitchen; size, appliances, & counter-space! Very nice couch that comfortably reclines back flat making tv viewing or siesta's that much more enjoyable! LoL.Good size mstr bdrm, & very nice to have an exhaust fan in bthrm that is rarely offered in most rentals. Easy accessible prkg lot with prkg space always avlbl every time you return back from adventures/shopping etc. Main grocery store, shops, restaurants located nearby unit. Also loved Sherwin Meadows within a mile away for fmly fun in the snow & "nite-time Stargazing" into the night sky! Check in was very easy & good comms. with owner/mgr. No hiccups/issues with unit. Condo could use some updating but has a wonderful home-feel that we really enjoyed it & worked well for us. We will be returning here next winter & highly recommend this place for your next stay. Note: Sunset Snow-shoe guided tour at Tamarack Lodge is a blast trampling thru the soft snow learning the history of Mammoth Mtns. (ya gotta try it)

Great family space, everyone had common floor area and space to retreat as well. The view of the pond was delightful and the views were incredible. Communication with the owner was easy and quick when needed. Great natural light and well stocked kitchen. We had a wonderful time.

Spacious with a view

Great place to accommodate our family of 6 for a winter ski getaway. The pellet fireplace kept us toasty and comfy, and available dishwasher made dinner time easy! Easy to get to, and close to parking lot as well! Only downside was the twin daybed in the loft was uncomfortable for an adult. Maybe more suited for a child—thinner springy mattress.
