Only one night here, perfectly placed, in sight of the ferry we arrived on, and then in the morning, a short walk to the station to catch the train to Madrid. The room was magnificent with an amazing view. The surroundings were quiet with several shops and cafe restaurants. Breakfast the next morning was very good... The bit I particularly liked was that there was a gluten free station where I could get food without fear of cross contamination. Well thought out!

The location was perfect. Easily walkable to many sites—-museums, cathedrals, piers, restaurants, etc. The room was large, bed comfortable. Our only criticism would be that the room lacked sufficient storage space for clothes. 4 small drawers didn’t cut it. The room wasted space utilization by having a desk and bedside tables with no drawers or storage space. The bathroom was large and the shower was excellent.

Great location for visiting Santander. Hop on bus stop not far away which takes you to the Palace and Lighthouse. Staff really friendly and facilities are great. Would definitely use again.

First, but certainly not las time that we've stayed at the Hotel Bahía. Very good food at breakfast, the restaurant, and the bar, and a very high level of excellent service and courtesy. I highly recommend the Hotel Bahía!

Hotel reception was very friendly, check-in was straightforward. Rooms are very tired,not quite how the pictures look on the website. Very disappointed to find no kettle/tea making facilities in our room. For a star hotel we expected this basic amenity. However, hotel in great location, rooms quiet and great shower. Just be aware there is no way to have a cup of tea in your room.
