Villa Dimelen is a 100sqm beachfront apartment in front of the beach of Lygaria in Crete.Ideal for families, groups of friends and couples looking for coastal holidays by the sea and ready to explore the marvelous island of Crete.

The house offers three fully equipped bedrooms with lovely panoramic sea views, an open plan living room with a fully equipped kitchen with large windows with gorgeous sea views and a big fully equipped dinning table.
Also two bathrooms with washing machine are provided and an outdoor shower in the courtyard.

Last but not least, a beautifull big veranda with a dining table and a courtyard with beautiful trees and flowers is provided with barbecue facilities and an outdoor dining area.

In the private courtyard you will also find a swimming pool (open during April-October),two kanoy kayak and a kids beach hut (playground).

Fire up the BBQ for a tasty meal and enjoy the pool during the day, for relaxing unforgettable moments DIRECTLY IN FRONT THE SEA !!!

Reaching the Villa:
You can access the Villa by taxi from the airport (app. 40€) or by car about 20min. driving.
In case of using a car i will send you the GPS directions in order for you to be easier to find us.

During your stay:
You can acess the whole Villa and also the big terrace (including the toys for the children and the sunbeds) the BBQ and of course the swimming pool.
Everything in front the beautiful sea in the courtyard.

Location. Location. Location! You can't beat this unit for a beautiful view and proximity to Lygaria Beach! Demetrios was an attentive host and communicated with us within minutes of our questions. We were happy to stay at the unit the entire time. We enjoyed the sun and nearby restaurants..as well as kayaking, snorkeling, and paddle boarding! We had a very wonderful time!

This was a wonderful place to stay. This was my first time in Greece…and Crete. This place was equipped with everything you needed right on the beach with a pool, food places a short walk away and a market. I felt real safe there. The well known owner and a phone call or text away to lend a helping hand.After being in Athens for 3 days this place will relax you.

Heavenly place to stay.

The owners have thought of everything and make sure you have it. Wonderful home, wonderful location with the beach at your door and your own yard to enjoy the outdoor kitchen/ lounge and pool. The kids will love the play set and toys if they tire of the sand. Stay here! Only word of advice is don’t try to leave on a Friday-Saturday-or Sunday for dinner elsewhere because you will have trouble coming back and finding parking. Besides the food is great at the tavernas only a few steps away.

Bright, beachy, family holiday home

My sons (6 and 8) and I had such a lovely holiday here. It’s a clean, open, easy home. Dimitrios was an excellent host, arranging airport transfers and bringing gifts of food and toys for the boys. We used the snorkeling masks and kayaks everyday. We ate breakfast on the balcony overlooking the sea and dined at the nice local restaurant Sirocco a few times. There’s plenty to do in Crete, but we were happy to stay in clear blue bay the whole week.

Absolutely perfect stay!

The apartment is right on the sea, so we woke up every morning to the sound of the waves and breathtaking views. The place is beautifully furnished, spotless, and has everything you could possibly need for a relaxing holiday. Our host was incredibly welcoming and always available to help with anything—truly going above and beyond to make our stay special. We felt completely at home and can’t wait to come back. Highly recommended!

Appartement très bien situé

Appartement idéal pour 6 vacanciers. Pour 8 personnes, il manque un WC séparé ou une deuxième salle de bains. Pour le reste, c'est un appartement très agréable, très bien équipé avec tout le matériel nécessaire pour cuisiner. Petit plus, si vous avez un bébé il y a tout ce qu'il faut ( lit, chaise haute, poussette). On ne peut pas être plus près d'une jolie plage familiale que l'on a beaucoup appréciée. Il est très facile de se garer sur un petit parking juste derrière la maison.
