Elegant brand new 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom duplex-style holiday home in the heart of Malaga's old city.

This luxurious property is located in one of Malaga's most emblematic historic building in Plaza del Teatro, mixing traditional local arquitecture with contemporary design, decorated and furnished with great attention to detail.

The first floor is made up of a bright living and dining room with floor-to-ceiling bay windows windows, a fully-equipped kitchen with state-of-the-art appliances, a bedroom with two single beds and a large bathroom with bathtub.

A marble suitacase leads you to the second floor where you will find the master bedroom with a large double bed and a second large bathroom with shower. Both bedrooms feature large built-in wardrobes. The open plan floors allow natural light throughout the property.

There is high-speed internet and A/C throughout the property. A covered parking space is available in the building for 15€ per day.

Great location, super clean

The apartment was super clean, quiet, and we loved the location. The beds were comfortable as were the sitting areas. Check in was slightly difficult as the street address is around the corner from the entrance, however, this was resolved by persistence on everyone’s part. We enjoyed our stay.

Great stay in great neighborhood

We had a wonderful stay at Teatro II in Malaga. It is located adjacent to a lively area so you have the benefits of good restaurants and bars but it is quiet enough to get rest in the evening. My wife, and two teenage kids stayed in the unit comfortably. We stayed for six nights as our kids were taking a Spanish class for five days which is located close to the unit. The only issue we had was that the unit did not get as cool as we would have liked given the high ceilings. Otherwise, was a great stay. Albert and Ruben from Solaga Holidays were very helpful in the checkin and checkout process. We also got a parking spot and Solaga had one located across the street from the building. Good size unit for four people and great neighborhood.

Great spartment in Málaga

We came for a week and we loved our stay. The apartment is beautiful, very clean. Very easy check-in process and communication was excellent. The apartment is very comfortable and well located, easy to walk to many of the sites, including the beach. Grocery stores and many cafés and activities nearby. Loved the terrace off the bedroom.

Great Place

This apartment was in a great location. We were able to walk to most attractions easily & there was lots of dining, groceries & shopping nearby. It was a nice clean place with a few amenities we Americans are used to but don’t always find. We enjoyed having a terrace in the evenings.

Schöner Kurzaufenthalt in einer tollen Wohnung

Alles hat bestens funktioniert. Die Fotos und Beschreibung der Wohnung passen gut zu dem was wir vorgefunden haben. Die zentrale Lage ist perfekt für die Erkundung von Málaga. Natürlich hört man auch Tag und Nacht die Geräusche der Stadt. Die Terrasse ist optimal um gemütlich im Freien zu Sitzen solange nicht gelegentlich die laute Lüftungsanlage stört.
