It is an ideal apartment for families, however also focused on business stays due to its comfort, the possibility of parking in the same building (19,00€/night), the fast internet connectivity and the proximity and accessibility to the María Zambrano train station and the bus station, which are less than a minute walk away.
Its location is exceptional, located in a residential area, a few steps from the Mercado del Carmen, known for its “tapas”, around the corner of the shopping centre "Larios" and a 15-minute walk from the famous Calle Larios, museums and monumental area.
