Internet not available. I needed wifi for professional reasons and I couldn’t rely on the services that i paid for. Host blamed malaga services and did nothing else

Horrible expérience, je n'ai jamais reçu de mail ni de wt app pour faire le check in. Arrivée sur place j'ai du appeler help desk qui ont finalement trouvé ma réservation et renvoyé le lien pour le check in, rien je se passe après l'enregistrement, j'attends plus de 15min, je rappelle numéro, me dise que c'est incomplèt, heureusement que j'ai fait un screen shot que check in réussi, je leur envoi, me demande de déposer un msg sur le site du quel j'ai fait ma réservation. Je n'ai jamais compris le fond du problème, mes coordonnées était ok, je ne reçois rien, eux le disent que c est incomplèt alors que le chech in validé???? je reste plus d'une heure au téléphone et je commence a m'énerver et à mettre la pression et tjrs rien. J'insiste pour que gérant(e) me contacte et finalement après 2HEURES d'attentes devant la porte dans le froid avec ma fille la responsable du bâtiment nous appelle sur WT APP et nous envois enfin les codes. 2hres de perdus devant la porte. Le lendemain vers la même heure je croise un couple d'allemand pareil, la même histoire, il venait de s'enregistrer et attendait aussi leur code, on est resté avec eux et partagé notre mauvaise expérience, heureusement pour eux ça n'a duré que 15min pour recevoir leur code d'accès au bâtiment et chambre. Autre chose j'ai payé un service wifi mais je n'ai jamais reçu le code non plus, je l'ai fait savoir à 2 reprises mais rien à faire, la TV ne fonctionnait pas forcément il m'ont jamais envoyé le code wifi.

Beautiful apartment in the heart of the city

We stayed at the second floor two bedroom apartment, wich was beautiful, cozy and well located. We found everything we needed in the kitchen. Two balconies with flowers were lovely. Apartment was bit cold, but heaters worked well. Some noises came from the street at night and often there were group of drunk people hanging at the doorsteps of the next building, but that's quite normal when staying in the big city. Not sure if I would have felt so safe in the first floor since we travelled with kid, but second floor was ok.
