Very nice staff. Easy check-in. Nice room. The only problem was I couldn’t get hot enough water out of the shower! They told me to run the tap for 10 minutes and the temperature would d improve, but frankly it never got hot enough. The hotel understood the issue and acknowledged they knew about it. Kind of frustrating to hear that rooms farther from the heat source experience this. I got one of those unlucky rooms. Their response was to award me 10,000 points on my Marriott Bonvoy account. I’d rather have had the hot shower! But I suppose that’s the best they can do. At least they tried to make it up to me.

The room was okay. Breakfast was great. When we went back to the room our keys were deactivated and that was only 9am. We had to go back down and had to stay in line for 30 minutes to fix our keys just to go get our stuff and leave. This delay was unexpected and caused lots of stress of missing the flight.
