Four Points by Sheraton Tianshui
Wotif Verified Review
5 / 5
Our stay at the Four Points by Sheraton Tianshui was a very pleasant experience overall. The hotel is modern and appears to be quite new, with well-designed facilities throughout. We stayed in two rooms on the 22nd floor, and both were spacious with spectacular views of the city. One feature we especially enjoyed was that when you entered the room, the curtains automatically opened, revealing the panoramic view—a very nice touch. The rooms were well-appointed with everything we needed, and the beds were extremely comfortable, making for an excellent night's sleep. The hotel staff were friendly, professional, and very accommodating throughout our stay. Breakfast was good with a decent variety of options. My only suggestion would be to improve the coffee, as it was much weaker than I prefer. The only downside was the arrival experience. Vehicles are not able to stop directly in front of the hotel entrance because access is blocked, so guests must walk a short distance with their luggage. This became challenging for us because we were traveling with my 89-year-old father-in-law, and the walk was difficult for him. Guests with mobility limitations may encounter the same issue. While it appears possible to access the hotel through the parking garage and use the elevators, all of the signage is in Chinese, making it difficult for international travelers to navigate. Overall, this is an excellent new hotel with spacious room, beautiful views
