This unit is only available for rentals of 31 days or more. I don't care if you stay less but you have to pay for 31 days, pay for 32 nights and no sales tax! (it is much cheaper to book this for 32 nights rather than 31). We are offering a well appointed three bedroom ground floor condo at Club Azur. Pull up to the door and unload your things! A short 5 to 10 minute walk to the municipal beach which is very large and perfect for families! A 10 minute ride up to Mount Orford for skiing. A short 5 minute ride and you are downtown. This condo is adjacent to the walking path and bike path which takes you downtown. 3 large bedrooms with 2 full bathrooms. 1 King Bed in master bedroom and full bathroom. 2 queen beds in front bedroom and 1 queen bed in 3rd bedroom. Working fireplace, hardwood floors, washer and dryer and all kitchen appliances!

Delightful!!
We had a great time! The condo was very clean and well kept. The beds were very comfortable and everyone slept well. Everything we needed was right there. It was well located to access the beach, downtown and highway. When we return to the area, we will definitely stay here again. Thank you for a great time. Three Sisters from Massachusetts!!
