We have stayed her before and everything went well and seemed ok. But this time when we arrived the sheets on our bed looked like they were not clean and had what appeared to be droplets of blood on it. I went to the front desk and told them and they said they would send someone up right away. No one ended up coming so I called and was put on hold for 10 minutes. So I went to the front desk again and there was an emergency happening in the lounge. So I didn’t press the issue. We had blankets in our car and used the towels in the room to cover everything up. The next day they still didn’t change the sheets when we told them and no one ever followed up. Now I don’t think I will come back. To worry they don’t actually change the sheets is very gross.

room was spotless. the hotel is very convenient. We were able to get a late checkout on Sunday which was appreciated as our daughter was in a performance and needed to come to our room to change ahead of time. Breakfast was good and the service was friendly.

The parking lanes are very narrow, pick up isn’t easy at all , to open doors. The parking beside the entrance was available, but I only found out later on.
