This was the BEST hotel I've ever stayed in. EVERYTHING and EVERYONE was just perfect.

The staff are exceptional, the hotel stunning & the red level service worth every penny. I cannot rate this hotel or its staff highly enough. If we return to Madrid in the future, we would absolutely stay here again!
