Melia Avenida was such a nice hotel. The staff are extremely welcoming, helpful, and speak multiple languages for tourists. We arrived at the property a few hours before check in, and they have a big lounge with complimentary snacks and drinks which made it super comfortable for us after a long flight. The rooms are very nice, clean, comfortable, they offer robes and slippers, and very new. Our sleeping was not an issue at all, and we weren’t able to hear other guests in the middle of the night. The hotel restaurant has lots of options and is reasonable priced and serve good quality food. From the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out, we had a great experience. Thank you Melia Avenida!

Continental breakfast was amazing. Check in was great and staff were great. Only issue I had was there was a smell when my wife and I first walked into the room. It wasn’t a nice smell. We turned on the air conditioner and slowly disappeared. Plus we also didn’t spend much time in the room besides sleeping and showering. Another issue we had was with one of the staff members in the restaurant down stairs. She was rude. Besides that great place to stay.
