Madrid Vacation

The property itself was OK. The problem was with the management company called AlterHome. We went to their offices and were just handed the keys and the address. No one met us at the apartment to walk us through things. There was no information in the apartment as to using appliances , tv etc. There were no maps and directions and suggested local eating places for example. We have rented many homes through VRBO and this treatment was the worst ever.
