Vrbo pésima su gestion

El apartamento está genial y no tiene ninguna pega, el dueño fantástico , atento siempre z cualquier problema. Mi problema a sido Vrbo, ya que después de terminar mi estancia me hicieron un cargo a mi cuenta que no era necesario y aún no me lo han devuelto. Otra cosa mala es q te cobran una fianza de 50 euros y tardan más de una semana en devolverla. No volveré a contratar nada con Vrbo.
