The room was clean and the hotel is close to everything in Madrid. Unfortunately the Air conditioner on my room wasnt coolign and I had to complaint like 3 times on the reception to be able to get someone to check the room. After 5 hours from my first complaint I was able to get another room. We had 2 power outage on the middle of the night. The emergency generator is not connected to the air conditioner so we had to sleep windows open in the middle of the summer. We didnt received any refund for that. Personal at the hotel are super nice and very friendly. It is a great place to stay, just be ready for contingencies if you travel with a baby like myself.

Not worth the price

Our stay was really disappointing. We were there for five nights, and a lot went wrong. One night, the fire alarm kept going off on and off until 1AM, which made it impossible to sleep. Another night, during a heatwave, the AC broke down. The room hit 29.8°C, and the windows didn’t open, so it was unbearable. We raised a complaint and got refunded for one night, but honestly, that didn’t come close to making up for the experience. The room was also really small and so dark we had to keep the lights on even during the day. One of the lifts was out of service for most part of our stay. The only real positive was the swimming pool — it was lovely. But overall, the hotel just isn’t worth the price.

The pool is very small. They only allow 10 people at a time to use it. You have to wait until someone comes out. Breakfast could be done better.
