This was a great find on what was a suoer busy weekend in Madrid city centre. Location was excellent really in the heart of things but also on a side street that was very quiet. The reception staff were lovely and friendly and the room itself. very spacious. Actually with a well equipped kitchenette. Kettle and coffee machine provided too. I wouid definitely stay again.

Check in was quick, easy an very friendly. Area is wonderful, young and active. Room was quiet, clean. Property is steps from subway. Would definitely recommeend. I was only there 1 night but would stay several if given the chance.

I liked the location. It was in walking distance to most of the places I wanted to explore. Although I didn't use it, there is a subway station very close by. For me, because of my age and vision impairment, there was one disadvantage. To get from the registration/entry level, you need to climb a set of stairs to get to the elevator level. Staff helped carry my luggage to my room. I could have called the front desk for help carry it back down on departure, but I didn't.

The room was impeccable! Wonderful shower pressure, comfortable foam beds, and it was unbelievably quiet despite being in the heart of a very lively neighborhood. They do need to add kitchen towels to the kitchenette. That way there is a way to dry your hands and the dishes. The staff were very sweet, however they should have been more willing to help us with our bags up and down the stairs. There are 2 sets of stairs before you can get to the elevator which takes you up to the rooms. We had no idea about that and I am disabled. My poor husband got stuck lifting most of them. Also, the room service is terrible. They use an outside company and we were sent a rotted salad and a fruit bowl that was 100% melon. Its not the fault of the hotel at all, but I'd say skip it if you don't want the possibility of food poisoning.

Nous avons grandement apprécié notre séjour. Le personnel était très sympathique. Nous avons pu accéder à notre chambre plus tôt, ce qui a été particulièrement apprécié. Des pommes, des bonbons et de l’eau étaient offerts à l’entrée. L’hôtel est situé à deux pas d’une station de métro et à distance de marche de toutes les commodités. Si nous retournons à Madrid, nous choisirons sans hésiter de séjourner à nouveau dans cet hôtel. Nous le recommandons vivement !

My husband and I stayed in a cozy room with kitchenette in June. You must take stairs to second floor to access elevator but staff helped carrying luggage. The room was affordable, clean and comfortable. Staff were kind and responsive. The area was close to transportation and a 10 minute walk to Gran Via. Royal palace and Mercado de San Miguel was about a 20 minute walk. Would stay here again!
