The hotel offers great service and the staff was attentive. However, the breakfast did not meet expectations. I don’t recommend to include the breakfast will be wasting money Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

This is a great service apartment. Just 3 minutes away walking to puerta de sol. The washing machine is my wife’s favorite. And the staff is very helpful. I’m highly recommended to the family tourism.

Misleading

Pictures are misleading. Pool has maximum occupancy of 5 people and is the size of a large bath. Pool is also only open a small amount of time each day. There is a bar at the property but it is not open.

Really it was a great stay there. All front desk agents were very nice and professional. The room was really clean and organized. As a current guest service agent in NYC hotel, I recommend everyone to stay here. It’s really worth it what you paid for.

Convenient place to stay in Madrid Center

I stayed in a studio which faced the street and beautiful buildings. It was clean and spacious for two people. Air conditioning, dishwasher and washer and dryer was appreciated as we went during the summer and it was extremely hot. It is located in the center of all attractions and transportation. I didn’t give it a five stars because we decided to stay one more night and the night before our flight, I tried to take a shower after we came back from dinner, around 10:30 pm. I wasn’t able to because there was no hot water coming from it. The kitchen and bathroom sink had hot water but not the shower, so after a long day I couldn’t even go to bed clean and ready for my flight. I contacted the property immediately calling them because the main desk was already close and they took my info, said they will try to remotely fix it and if not they will send someone to fix it. They also said they’ll call me but neither of those things happened. I also tried to write a hoja de reclamaciones but it was impossible to find it online. There was no attempt from the property to fix the shower problem.

Great but one issue

The property is really good, it is very close to the old city center, everything is in within walking distance, however, there is one problem, there is a bar across the street and on weekend nights the people over there. Keep making noise all the night, the windows are not properly insulated for sound and you hear their screams and music and noise all night long, if this property can somehow fix that issue this is a wonderful place to stay with family.

Beautiful apartment in a great location. Really well equipped and spacious. The only downside was the nightclub across from my apartment which went till 6am on Friday night. Heaps of people and really noisy on Thursday and Friday nights. Suggest they invest in sound proofing. Other than that, ace was great.

Overall this is a great place. HOWEVER, there is a club across the street and a lot of street noise when they close down at night. So if you are there on a Friday or Saturdah night, expect it to be loud.
