Property was clean and staff was friendly. No dinner options in walking distance. Staff provided a good recommendation a few minutes away. Hotel was fairly empty, but I had a rowdy group right next door. Hotel was unable to provide a corkscrew or wine glass. Gym was adequate.

I was on business and was in need of an iron to iron a shirt. The one in the room was not working, I called the front desk to have one switched and they told me that housekeeping were not working and will be in later. I asked the man at the desk to just switch one from another room and he said no.

Staff were friendly, room and common areas were very clean. Hot water only got luke warm, no heat in room(front desk said it hadn't been turned on yet! Brealfast was hot food was only cool, coffe was warm not hot. Main entrance is dangerous for those with mobility issues. Staff were friendly and helpful as much as they could.
