グランベリーパークの近く（徒歩10分くらい）で立地が良く、価格もお手頃でスタッフも親切。洗濯機、乾燥機もあり助かった。朝食バイキングもまずまず。 ただ駐車代が別途1500円必要なのと（ホテル税100円含め別途1600円必要）、部屋のトイレが小さくてトイレットペーパーが流れない、暖房の効きが悪かった…などあり、星1つ減点。
