Hospedagem a trabalho free lance, observei que a qualidade das instalações e do serviço caíram muito de qualidade. O quarto estava muito mal cuidado, limpo, mas visivelmente mal cuidado. O atendimento privilegia os hospedes dedicados a empresas, visivelmente o hotel se tornou um alojamento para peões em Macaé. Serviço de restaurante caro e sem qualidade. E pensar que este hotel já foi referência pela qualidade do restaurante em Macaé.
