"First of all the carpets everywhere in the hotel are stained and dirty. This is nowhere near a “8” very good rating. For a few dollars more, we could have such a better hotel. There was no conditioning shampoo in the shower. I spilled a cup of coffee in the lobby and walked around looking for a napkin. ..."
