Only downside was the wifi and signal are terrible. But other than that its an absolutely lovely place. Awesome staff,even got my daughter balloons & chocolate for our arrival fpr her birthday. Will be back soon the pool and sauna were stunning and great! Breakfast lovely.

My wife and I (65/66) had a great weekend. Found the hotel comfortable and friendly. All the staff were pleasant and welcoming. Food was excellent as were the evening singers. Beach with pier was opposite and town centre with shops,pubs,bars and restaurants were a four minute walk away.

No air-conditioning anywhere in the hotel some windows are sealed shut and room window only opens about 4 inches the hotel is in need of a refurbishment as there is a lot of maintenance required. We didn't stay the night because it was too hot for my little dogs and they were struggling with the heat

No value for money

We stayed in a deluxe family room which was supposedly meant to be quite nice in the new bit. The room was spacious but very run down, the carpet was like old underlay, the beds not great quality. There was only one small window in the room that opened, all night we were so hot. No fan in the room. The window literally overlooked another brick wall building. It was not worth the £200 that we paid. No fridge or even complimentary biscuit in the room. The room smelt too, very mouldy. The key to open the door was tough to use. The parking was stressful, no space in the car park which was difficult with kids. I ended up parking in the overflow car park which I struggled to initially find, this was so small too. I didn’t like the walk from the overflow card park to the hotel with children, it was quite isolated. Breakfast was very basic but ok. Just overall not worth it for what we paid.

Really nice hotel on the front. Hottest day of the year . Live music and good good. The hotel was very busy. My room was internal , I would book a drs view next time. I enjoyed the swimming pool .

The front of the hotel and reception area is quite impressive, the rooms are very dated with old style furniture in them, there was a musty smell on the corridor where we stayed on the 2nd floor and there was signs of an old leak on the ceiling in our bathroom, the room was relatively clean and gave us what we needed, I must compliment the bar staff who were great all night especially the Moroccan guy who's name I didn't get, he was very friendly and very efficient, breakfast was a typical buffet breakfast, the staff in the restaurant worked hard together, we would probably return at some point as it was OK for a night.
