The property is well located. Transportation in Lyon is excellent. Good hot water supply, kitchen appliances, washer. Comfortable all in all. Steep, tight staircase, dangerous for people with mobility problems.

Great location, it is in the center area of the old Lyon. It is walkable to everywhere. The apartment is a bit too small, the washroom can barely fit one person, but I think it doesn’t matter that much.

The apartment was in a quiet area, with many shops and restaurants, in walking distance. Unfortunately, the apartment was not well maintained. The beds are not comfortable, and rooms are tiny. The bathroom was also extremely small. In addition, we needed to clean the dishes, as they were not properly cleaned.

last minute confusion

We needed a place suitable for 5 people who were coming from different locations. So we booked this place and received a confirmation and welcome message from Laurent shortly after booking.Then a day prior to arriving we received a message from Laurent that the apartment was double booked. He offered (as a substitute) 2 different places adequate for 4 each that were 200 meters apart. With no time to look for a replacement big enough for all of us we took the 2 places and were informed of how to get in. The places were new (no issues there) but the keys to the apartments were 1K away from the 2 apartments so that part basically became a scavenger hunt and (at least) one of the aptments was on the 5th floor. So after walking the 1k with bags to get the key and walking up the 5 flights - we were a bit disappointed.

Vieux Lyon

Location was fabulous, just steps away from historic traboules, churches, etc. Exterior of building and stairwell felt like "Vieux Lyon" but once inside it was completely modern! We will return to this property if we come back to Lyon in the future. Many thanks, Laurent!

Point positif: L'emplacement dans le vieux Lyon et la tranquillitĂ©. Coin cuisine, salle de bain et draps propres. L'HĂŽte rĂ©pond vite si on a des questions. ArrivĂ© facile. Point Ă  amĂ©liorer: La propretĂ© en gĂ©nĂ©rale. Le canapĂ© lit plein de taches, des fils d'araignĂ©es, les trappes de ventilation plein de mousse noir, la poussiĂšre. Disons que le logement est dĂ» pour un mĂ©nage complet. Un petit investissement sur les oreillers toutes tacher de rond jaune serait bien. Situation spĂ©ciale: Nous avions choisi ce logement parce qu'il y avait une chambre fermĂ©e, et j'ai le sommeil lĂ©ger. DĂšs le premier soir on se rend compte que de l'eau dĂ©goute du plafonnier de la chambre (pas la faute de l'HĂŽte). ProblĂšme de canalisation en haut. j'informe l'HĂŽte de la situation et que je dormirai dans le salon. La chambre est devenu trĂšs humide et a rapidement senti mauvais mais la porte fermĂ© ça allait. Le lendemain, ça coule encore et l'hĂŽte nous dis qu'il fait son possible pour rĂ©gler la situation au plus vite. Nous sommes restĂ© 5 nuits et personne n'est venu. Alors avec la chambre inutilisable l'appartement Ă©tait beaucoup moins intĂ©ressant pour nous. Je sais que cette situation Ă©tait peut-ĂȘtre exceptionnelle mais le fait d'ĂȘtre restĂ© lĂ  dedans tout le sĂ©jour est dĂ©cevant.

Sauberes kleines Appartment im Herzen des alten Lyons, wunderbar zentral gelegen. Man kann on dort aus alles zu Fuß oder mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erkunden. Höchstens fĂŒr vier Personen geeignet, da sehr eng.

Appartement trÚs bien situé. Au coeur du vieux Lyon. Metro à 5mn permettant de se passer de voiture. Fonctionnel mais trÚs petit avec une salle de douche et wc exigus.( literie à améliorer ) Valable pour un cours séjour touristique pas plus de 4 personnes si vous voulez faire quelques repas " à la maison".Appartement trÚs calme et propre.

Tolle Lage, fĂŒr 6 Personen zu klein

Von der Wohung aus ist Lyon zu Fuss perfekt zu erkunden. Die SchlĂŒsselĂŒbergabe hat total easy und reibungslos geklappt. Laurent ist ein sehr netter Gastgeber. Allerdings ist diese Wohnung fĂŒr maximal vier Personen geeignet. Wir können dieses Appartement nur weiter empfehlen.
