I had a wonderful experience at this hotel in Lyon. The property was very clean and well maintained, and the front desk staff were especially friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Check-in was smooth, and they were always available to answer questions or offer recommendations about the city. Overall, a comfortable, welcoming place that made my visit to Lyon even better.

The breakfast was great, the staff was nice and the room clean. However, it smelt bad in the room throughout my stay; I'm quite sure that it's not due to hygiene but more to sewage lift but still, not pleasant. Maybe put some home perfume?

The location was wonderful, the place was clean. The staff were friendly. My greatest complaint was that the bed and pillow were awful. Very uncomfortable. It is a shame because otherwise it was a great place to stay. But if you can't sleep well, what is the point?
