Land 1000m2 with swimming pool (8mx4m), solar shower, 2 terraces (1 special ping pong), quiet garden, vegetables in summer, 3-car parking, bus/train 15min from historic center of Lyon and 15min from Beaujolais.
NEW: velov station (electric bikes) 600m from the house for cycling to downtown Lyon in 25 minutes, with cycle path along the Saône to the center.
The rental is for the entire house, the swimming pool is for the exclusive use and access of the tenants.Air conditioning will be installed throughout the house in 2026.

Fabulous family house

Great four bedroom house with a lovely garden inc pool, plancha and table tennis. Hosts were so welcoming and helpful. Lovely to sit outside enjoying the farden and weather. Quiet area in a nice neighbourhood of Collonges au Mont d’Or. Ten minutes to Lyon city centre via the nearby train station. Good shops within 5-10 minutes by car. Would recommend very highly.

Lovely house, nice location

We had a great stay here for a week. Very welcoming and helpful hosts. The pool was a nice size and great for the hot summer days. It is very easy to get in to Lyon from here, or to the local shops and up in to the forests in the hills.

Beautiful house

Enjoyed our one week pool holiday. The house is very beautiful and the cat Marcus who belongs to the house is so cute. Neighborhood is very quiet, kitchen fully equiped.

Nous avons passé un moment de repos très agréable dans cette belle maison très bien equipé et idéalement placée pour profiter des environs. La piscine est tres agréable pour se rafraichir lors de periode chaude et un jardin ombragé pour manger en extérieur. Propriétaires très attentionnés et soucieux du confort de leurs hotes. Bref une location que nous recommandons avec grand plaisir.

Géraldine et Maurade (et Marcus) sont des hôtes disponibles, chaleureux et à l'écoute. Beaucoup de conseils judicieux pour que les vacances se passent au mieux ! La maison est juste magnifique, tout est à disposition et disponible pour faciliter notre installation et notre séjour. Les chambres sont spacieuses et très bien agencées. Un +++ à la suite parentale avec sa salle de bains individuelle.Rien ne manque ! bref 15 jours de détente, jeux, farnienté, etc. Vivement qu'on puisse y retourner
