The stay was fine, but the initial welcome was weird. They had strange tables set up between you and the counter that you had to reach over that had weird literature on them. They were also selling handmade soaps and freeze dried skittles in Ziploc bags for sale. It took away a lot of the professionalism and gave me a strange vibe. Not what you would expect from a chain hotel.

The parking lot is safe, the room was clean staff were pleasant. the only problem I had was that the air conditioner was so loud that you couldn't hear the TV.

As a disabled person I needed a chair for walk in shower. I was provided a temporary fix that allowed me to shower comfortably & safely. Staff were friendly & very accommodating. Will definitely stay at this hotel again.

It was worth the 15 min drive from I-95 hotels. This IHG property and room was immaculately clean. Front desk staff were very efficient and friendly (especially the nice lady from Cebu)! We used the pool. An issue was no pool towels provided and locals were using the hotel pool as their own personal family reunion. They had taken over all the chairs & tables. Since there was no life guard (or hotel security) on duty this may be a regular occurrence. Food options are a short drive. Beds were very comfortable. Room had updated lighting, ample storage space, microwave, mini fridge, and a Keurig coffee maker. Breakfast was just what we needed to carb up for a long drive. Children loved the pancake machine & huge cinnamon rolls. Photos on website are realistic.
