Property was centrally located, breakfast was nice with lots of options, rooms were clean and spacious, and staff was helpful and courteous. My only complaint is there is on air conditioning, which is typically for these hotels in older buildings, but there was only one small fan available for our room, so it was pretty hot late into the night. Nothing against the property, but something people should know when booking.

The hotel was very well priced and reasonably located within 10-15 min walk from the train station. There are many shops, restaurants, supermarkets near by. We were given a second floor room with a balcony. The view and light is great. The beds were very comfy and the continental breakfast was very filling- lots of varieties. If I ever go back to Luzern I would stay there again

The hotel felt a bit dated but it was clean and maintained. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The location was outstanding as you could walk to all popular sites, shopping areas, restaurants, and the waterfront. Parking was difficult to access upon arrival. The closer lot was expensive (65 euros per night). The hotel had affiliations with two other lots for 25 euros per night but they were not as close and driving to them from the hotel once already there was challenging due to traffic congestion and one-ways streets in that area.
