Staff were so friendly and helpful, it made our stay really wonderful. Nice, quiet hotel but still very close to railway station and centre of Lucerne. We got the train from Zurich airport and walked to the hotel in 5 minutes. Food in restaurant absolutely delicious!

Nice, clean, basic hotel within a 5-minute walk from the Lucerne Train Station. The chapel bridge (Kapellbrücke) and riverside restaurants are within a 10-minute stroll from the hotel. Air conditioning worked fine as it was really necessary with the heat and humidity at the end of May.

So conveniently located near the main train station, very cute boutique style hotel with delicious restaurant. Staff was so friendly and made us and our two littles feel right at home. Hotel room was clean, loved the family room set up which gave us plenty of space for all four of us!

This was my second time staying at Cascada and it was just as great as my first time. The staff were super friendly and helpful when we needed help with booking dinner. The best part is they have a dispenser in the lobby for cold still and sparkling water so you can refill your bottle before heading out for the day.

A very nice hotel. About a five minute walk from the train station. The restaurant downstairs is really good, albeit a little expensive. The location is wonderful. And the hotel itself was very clean and the rooms are very nice. The staff was extremely friendly. I would recommend this hotel.
