Villa LANDI Fantastic location on the hill with swim pool for a relax holiday

Villa LANDI is located in one of the most renowned and quiet areas in the Lucca hills, less than 4 km from the historic center.
Forte dei Marmi is just 38 km away,
Pisa and its Leaning Tower are just 18 km away, and Florence is less than an hour's drive away.
The villa has 5 spacious, recently renovated double bedrooms. We provide linens and pool towels. A mid-week linen change is available upon request and for a fee.
The Blue and Red bedrooms have a private bathroom adjacent to the bedroom. Hairdryers are provided in all bathrooms.
The other 3 double bedrooms have access to a third bathroom.
The villa is 500 square meters on three levels. On the ground floor, there is a large kitchen, dining room, TV room, fitness room, and a study/workroom. The laundry room is completely free of charge.

On the second floor, the sleeping area features 5 comfortable double bedrooms, a spacious living room, and a terrace overlooking the Lucca hills.
On the lower level, there's a tavern with a fireplace, a games room, a billiards room, and a recreation area.

The large, two-level swimming pool with a diving board is located in the 3-hectare garden.
The adjacent gazebo is perfect for special aperitifs, lunches, and dinners by the pool in a truly relaxing atmosphere.
The pool is equipped with outdoor lighting for evenings and a guest bathroom, so you don't have to return to the villa.
In front of the villa, there's another outdoor gazebo for al fresco dining in a pleasant, breezy setting.

There's a convenient, large brick barbecue for fantastic grilled meat evenings.

For additional services, we have a partnership with a professional chef for cooking classes directly in the villa and lunches and dinners that can be booked and customized to your liking.

Fabulous poolside massages with a professional are also available.

You can request groceries to be delivered to the villa on your arrival day.
The pool opens in early May and closes in early October, depending on seasonal temperatures.

Check-in after 3:00 PM, to be arranged with the owner.
Check-out by 10:00 AM.
A tourist tax of €3.50 per person per day is payable locally.
Upon booking, you will be asked to send an email with check-in details and house rules.
Free parking is available. Upon check-in, you will receive the house keys and automatic gate opener.
