The location was excellent. The key to enter the unit was a major challenge to get in. Very frustrating to use. Lucca is amazing and close to the train station. The unit had limited utensils, the shower was awesome but slippery. It was very functional for what we needed, we could have use another set of towels for 3 days, but it did have a washing machine that was old and took forever to run a cycle of clothes. Towel and clothes warmer was great. It did lack airflow as it was warm during the days, cooler in the evening.
