The apartment is on the ground floor, recently renovated and slightly elevated above ground level, making it always dry and bright. It offers an open-plan living room with a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, gas stove), a comfortable new double sofa bed and TV, fast Wi-Fi, a double bedroom with a large wardrobe, and a spacious bathroom with shower, bidet, and washing machine.
The home is thoughtfully furnished and features both radiator heating and air conditioning (two units, in the living room and bedroom).
