The hotel is very tired and needs some TLC. However, it was clean, staff were wonderful, helpful and friendly. The evening food was tasty and the buffet breakfast was OK. All in all good value for the area.

Room: basic and needing upgraded. The toilet was wobbly and had a small leak. The sink was very small and shower not very powerfull. Staff: very friendly and helpful. Breakfast: very good and fresh. Parking: excellent as right outside the hotel. The hotel is in need of a complete overhaul but can't fault the friendly staff.

A charming seaside hotel. We had a sea-view room, it was very spacious with great views out over the Moray Firth. Modern upgraded bathroom was very good. The staff are lovely, very welcoming and happy to help. Good cooked breakfast and the hotel restaurant is really good quality. Parking out the front of the hotel is convenient (although limited spaces). The only potential downside is that it's an older building so access is a little limited (no lift), but the staff are very helpful if you do need help.

We enjoyed our stay. The rooms were clean, as was the hotel itself. The decor was a little tired, but that did not spoil our stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Good choice of food at breakfast, and we had an evening meal which was lovely. Location is great.
