Room was comfortable and clean if a bit basic but given the price it was excellent value. Perhaps due to operator error or the fact that I have a US phone number,I did not get the check in instructions until I had Wi-Fi access at another location. The property has no onsite staff but once I found the instructions access to the room was easy. Bed was comfortable and duvet was adequate. Only two towels supplied and basic liquid soap. Property is in an outstanding location with ocean views from some rooms and right next to the championship Old Moray golf course. Great place to sleep at a good price but no facilities other than the room.

Room was nice enough, heating was good, parking was good. howver my single room was beside main door which didnt close properly so was noisy and draughty. put towel under door to prevent draught. hotel building is not manned, so no food available, used neighbouring hotel for food which was good. 15 minute walk to anywhere else

What a lovely Inn. I really enjoyed my stay, it was clean, quiet, the bedding was really comfy and I was able to park at the front of the premises. There's a nice restaurant in the Golf Club next door, too. The views were great and the communication was first class, so I knew exactly what to do and where to go to get my key and get access to my room.

Had a wonderful stay. Hot tub was amazing and relaxing just what we needed. View was superb. Easy check in. Everything we needed was there. A few tiny bits could be cleaner but didn't affect our stay.

What a beautiful place! I was doing a search on hotels.com and had hot tub in my filters and this hidden gem popped up. I wish i had time to play the Moray Golf Club. It lookee fantastic.

We have stayed in this hotel before. Details for access emailed prior to arrival and worked well. Parking for 4 to 5 cars. The room was spacious, clean, and well served. Large ensuite with shower. We had a great few days here and will definitely stay again.
