“The hotel was large and impressive—very clean, with nice pool access right from my room. Unfortunately, the jet tub wasn’t working properly, and water leaked out, which made quite a mess. The oceanfront view was beautiful, though the waves were too strong for swimming (not the hotel’s fault). The staff were amazing—very kind, professional, and always ready to help. Overall, a lovely stay with great service despite a few minor issues.”

We got the preferred room. We had a bad first day but it turned around and got better. Had to wait an hour for check in. The preferred check in employees were not friendly. We went in there a few times and every time was not helpful or nice. Pool waitress and entertainment staff were great!

The swim up bar and pool were great!!Rooms and service beautiful and amazing! My only complaint was not being able to walk on the beach. No easy access and not safe due to tide. Otherwise I would definitely go back!!

We loved Secrets so much! It has stunning views everywhere you look. We felt so spoiled and well taken care of and the friendly staff. I was shocked how much I loved the food at every restaurant on the property. The resort is super clean…every bathroom on the property was very clean and always smelled good. I highly recommend you book now!! We just went and already want to go back. Oh and lastly I didn’t get sick from water or food and I have a very sensitive digestive tract and a compromised immune system so to come home well and not sick was a big deal for me. Thank you to all staff!!

We have been a few times to this resort pre-Hyatt take over and unfortunately it’s becoming a less classy place for a relax. I would now describe this as white trash. For example, people having tvs plug into their cabanas to watch the Georgia football game disturbing the whole pool and then people twerking in the pool at 3 pm after two many cocktails. This used to be a relaxing place, now it’s turning into the carnival cruises of Cabo. I hope they increase the price to remove the white trash.
