The room next door has teenagers partying till 2am and they had a dog barking all night. They kept slamming the door every time they would go in and out. I use this hotel to stay there when i have work but now I'm going to start looking for another hotel in Whittier to stay at. This is my 2nd time having problems there. Oh and the elevator didn't work and i was on third floor.

Amazing stay

Very clean room. Also really peaceful even though it’s located on a main boulevard. Bed was super comfortable.

Not such a great stay.

Overall it was okay. The front desk staff were friendly and prompt. The cleaning was just okay. We almost didn't get our room cleaned for 2 days. The staff said that the "Do Not Disturb" sign was up when it wasn't out and when we were out of the room during the time the cleaning staff was working. It wasn't horrible but I would think twice about staying again.

Our stay was great, room was clean Good price. Only down fall was the tv didn't work and the elevator was down. I needed a room on the 1st floor because I couldn't climb the stairs because I have a bad knee and I had to carry my baby. But they put me on the 2nd floor and my knee ended up swollen & in plain from climbing the stairs

Our stay was excellent, with only one exception the room above our room was noisy as we were going to sleep. We call the office and they took care of that situation.
