The front staff was helpful amd nice. I got the wrong one to far fr9m the airport and they were willing to let me chamge hotela. O ended up staying and the Sonesta Hotel is on my list of top affordable and great places to stay list

Hospitality Beyond

We had to go through a termite fumigation process on our residence just a couple of miles away and opted to stay at a local hotel/inn while the process took place. The Sonesta Select was my first option due to its convenient proximity to our residence and to work. We had stayed many years prior when the property was a Courtyard By Marriott establishment and found the layout exactly as we had remembered. Our experiences with your staff from Michelle at check-in to our last young man on our check out date as well as Rafael on a telephone call to the fellows who provided our morning coffee and small morning bites were excellent. I was truly impressed with your staff for their courtesy, kindness, and helpfulness. They greeted us at every encounter with a smile and a meaningful willing to assist us. I would look to Sonesta Select Torrance again if ever I needed to go through this same ordeal. I would also recommend it to friends and family who may come through town to visit as well. Thank you for the nice experience during a very hectic few days.

I love this place its my getaway when I’m in town real quiet peaceful relaxing I feel safe while there free easy parking! Close to restaurants easy access to freeways! The staff is nice courteous polite! I come here on a regular always look forward to coming back! Sonesta is my favorite place to stay i rate this hotel a 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I always stay here for work and always happy with my stay, until this trip was very unhappy this time when there was biker group with about 60 people for 3 nights drinking and smoking in parking lot being very loud racing their bikes around late hours made this stay very uncomfortable and management did nothing to control these people my wife was too scared to even get in here car to leave and asked front desk to escort here to the car. Not sure if ill ever stay here again unfortantly.
