Sunny and cozy cottage home in trendy Culver City. Professionally remodeled and designed in March 2022.

Fix breakfast and coffee in a beaming kitchen and dine alfresco at a cozy table on the leafy covered porch. Finish the day with a relaxing outdoor soak in the oversize tubs while stargazing the California skies. Or relax by the fire pit on a balmy evening. The outdoor tubs, fire pit and bicycles are shared amenities in the common area of the backyard garden. Disinfectant is also provided for these.

The Cottage is street facing (not a guest house) and is located on a quiet residential street in the trendy neighborhood of Culver City where the neighbors actually talk to each other! Perfect for business or pleasure, walk to downtown Culver restaurants, cafes and shops and we're just 2 blocks from Sony Pictures. Minutes to beaches, UCLA, USC, Hollywood and Universal Studios.

The cottage was half of a double house and had some other rental buildings in back of this rental. The courtyard that joined the properties was cute with places to gather together and sit outside. The cottage was homey and the kitchen was well supplied with dishes, pots, etc. Everything was very clean and the neighborhood was quiet with easy street parking. We would definitely stay here again.

The Cottage was modern, beautifully decorated, and clean with a full kitchen and a shared washer/dryer (especially convenient for people whose goal is to travel only with a carry-on bag). Location was great - very walkable and the bikes provided by the Host were convenient for longer distances. Neighborhood was quiet and had an abundance of lovely flower gardens. Checkin and out was easy and simple- Host even provided detailed instructions for door lock entry. Stay here if you can!

I can't tell you how great this place is! Perfect little cottage, super clean, with everything you might need. Great quiet neighborhood, close to all kinds of things in Culver City. This is a small cottage superbly located on a small cul-de-sac within easy walking distance of downtown Culver City. The house was very clean and nicely decorated. The unit is small and the laundry machine is outside and shared with another unit. It was too cold during our stay in December to use the fire pit and soaking tubs but they looked appealing. If you plan to use the bicycles with a small child bring a baby seat and bike helmet. Easy check in, great stay, and responsive communication with the owner!
