Our stay was poor. The beds are uncomfortable, they have metal at the bottom of the bed and I can’t count how many times my family hit it and it’s loud. Every movement we made the metal rattled. The refrigerator didn’t work and we we told the front desk, they looked at my husband and was like whatever. It didn’t get fixed. Also when we asked for our deposit front desk guy said oh I already sent it to the owner, we’ll check out is not until 11 why was it sent out he just said owner picked it up at 10am. We checked out around 10:30. Luckily it was only $20. English is their second language so maybe he didn’t understand. One good thing I can say it was very clean. Reason why I’m giving it a two star.

The room was really clean and I had no problem checking in. It was a very family-friendly hotel. They surprised me with a $20 deposit when I got there. It was fine because I had it, but I can imagine if somebody didn't have any of that and they already bought the room I can see that being an issue. When I checked in and got inside the room the TV had HDMI input cable hanging from the TV so you can input devices. That was great because I brought my PC because I needed to get some work done and I was going to use the TV as a monitor. None of the inputs worked so I went to the front desk and the guy said none of the HDMI inputs work that it's just cable TV. Luckily for me I brought my laptop which isn't as powerful as my PC so I was able to get half of my work done. No adult channels at this place which I thought was weird considering it's a motel. So if that is something that you look for, it's not at this place. I didn't see any ice machines or laundry on site. But there was a vending machine with drinks right by the office. I just went to Walmart that's a couple blocks away over the bridge or the 7-Eleven that's a block away. Inside the room there was no iron or ironing board. But it did have a microwave. For my next work-related trip I will pick a different location. The rooms were freshly remodeled and very clean though.

The room was surprisingly clean and well-maintained, which made for a comfortable stay. I didn’t encounter any issues until the final day, when I requested a late checkout. Unfortunately, the staff wasn’t very accommodating in that regard. Aside from that, my experience was pleasant, and I would definitely consider staying here again. Great location, accessible, restaurants near, mid-point to Disney and or Universal. Very close to downtown LA as well if you wanted to go downtown area.

My check in at the Paradise Inn was great. The lobby smells so good, and the staff is awesome. They are so nice as well. This is my favorite motel ever.
