lack of toilettes and low Wi-Fi coverage, rude reception staff. Scuttle took 2 hours to pick up from airport. :(((( and phone manner not polite. never again, noise and shower cold.

The room was ok, but we found cockroach in the room. Also they only provide room services every 3 days so if you need clean towels you have to go to front desk and ask also trash is not pick up until you get room service.

Cleanness of the bathroom; there was a dirty floss stick sticking out of the bathtub’s drain, as well as hair and what seemed to be body hairs in the bathtub. There was also a weird smell in the hallway and a hole in the wall as we opened the door. A mini fridge would also help as we lost our left over supper that my partner was planning to eat as a lunch the fallowing day.
