Felt unsafe. Hard to get into property because it’s gated down. Big signs in lobby stating no visitors unless you record their name at the desk. They make you read it out loud back to them when you check in like an oath you’re taking. Rooms were tiny and smelled bad. Walls are thin and could hear conversations of neighbors. No coffee in room. Tiny bathroom don’t have sink in it. Had to go to main room area to wash hands. No bar fridges in room you pay extra per night as a room upgrade if you want one in the room.

Trenya was amazing! Glad I received her service during my check-in. She was so friendly, and assigned us to a good quiet room to ensure we got sleep as much as possible, as we checked in close to 10pm and were leaving the next morning to catch a flight from LAX. She arranged our 7am airport shuttle voucher quickly. The room was modern and comfortable. Only downside is hearing other doors slam loudly on the same floor.

I came on holidays with my family, my mother required an accessible room. When arriving they never had one available (even though she double checked twice) resulting in them having to stay elsewhere. As we came on a family trip, we asked if we could get our money back and go with them. We were denied forcing us to stay by ourselves. Fast forward to 3am -our roof starts majorly leaking in the bathroom. About half a foot of water was in the tub and the floor was covered and leaking onto the carpet in the hall. In the morning we told maintenance and they said it was “condensation from showering.” We didn’t even shower because it was too dirty. It was horrible experience to say the least.
