The key plus is that it’s close to the airport and has a shuttle bus. But if you miss the last bus at 10pm, you’re up for an expensive taxi or uber ride.

I had a terrible experience at this Motel 6. The manager was extremely rude and unprofessional. Even though the main account holder (my boyfriend) was present with her valid ID, he refused to let us check in simply because I didn’t have mine. Instead of explaining politely, he cut us off, wouldn’t let us talk, and practically called me stupid. We were turned away after being disrespected and treated very poorly. I’ve never experienced such unprofessional behavior from hotel staff—definitely not the kind of customer service anyone deserves.

Rooms are clean, comfortable and cheap but make sure your AC is working before you settle in. Parking is $16.50 for guests, they give you a parking pass, and you have to go back out to your car to put it on your dashboard or they will tow you! There is a $75 deposit! They do not accept cash for parking or deposit. Coffee in the morning but with powder creamer packets and no sweetener, only sugar. No tea bags. 4th floor vending machine was VERY loud. Front desk staff was very nice in person but very short with you over the phone. Maintenance guy was great!

I had a reservation for Sunday Sept 21st. I was going to be at an event until really late, so I called around 6pm to ask if it was okay for me to check in at 3am. The person at the desk said as long as I had a reservation I would be fine. I can around 3am and was told by the front desk people that that was not true, and my room was gone. I had been marked as a no show and there was nothing they could do. I a single girl in the middle of the night had to just go to the airport and spend 10 hours there before my flight. Rather than get to sleep in the room I reserved a month prior, and prepaid for. I have yet to receive a refund. But am hopeful for at least that since I was given the wrong info. I do not blame the staff. It was the systems fault and seems to be an unsafe system all together.

There is no closet. The are conditioning /heat )doesn't work . Its freezing in the room. The heat doesn't work. The front desk guy is a mess. The other 6 club offered me a room. He refused to give my money back. To go to the 6 club. The room is dirty dingy and old.
