This stay was for one night. I would only suggest coming here if it was a one night stay. I didnt like how the parking lot was opened to non motel stayers. I felt unsafe parking my car. It would be nice for the motel to change it to motel only parking. Everything else was okay. Could be better but can't comolajn with the price.

Horrible experience. I called trying to figure out their shuttle and was put on hold for 20 minutes until I eventually hung up. I figured out it came on the hour so I waited in the designated area. It came 20 minutes late and then drove right past the terminal. I called them again (got ahold of them this time) to ensure it was the right area, it was. I said what happened and they said they would send their driver back. After waiting another 25 minutes, I gave up and got an Uber. I told the front desk what happened when I got there and didn’t seem to care whatsoever. Very frustrating! So disorganized

The only thing I liked was the gated parking lot and price. But I think it’s overpriced. The desk staff was rude. I asked for a spoon for the cereal they have in the vending machine and they acted like I insulted them by asking. The room smelled like garbage and there were hairs all over the tub..tiny curly hairs. The sheets were like so incredibly used they were dingy, the bad was bumpy. Table in the room was sticky. Gross. Loud cars driving by and loud hallways Absolutely not worth it no matter how “cheap” it is in comparison to other hotels.

We booked specifically for the airport shuttle and confirmed the shuttle times before going to bed. Got up the next morning and staff laughed when we asked about the shuttle. No explanation, but we ended up spending $40 for an uber. Aside from that, the area felt unsafe and our room felt outdated and icky. The shower looked so unappealing we decided not to shower there. Last resort stay only.

The worst customer service from one of the employe

When I first arrived with all my luggage I was taking me to move to Belize I was told by the girl wearing the hubby that I could not bring all of that luggage into my room. I asked her we're going to leave it in here he said there's nowhere you can store it here. I then went to the airport to try to check but I couldn't bring to my room in but I had to wait until 6:30 during this time my parents talked with another friendly employee at the front desk I think her name was is she put my extra luggage in the luggage room which the girl before said that she didn't have a any place to put it. She made that whole experience nightmare I went back and forth airport four times and if she would have just said I have a luggage room from the beginning everything would have been fine after she left my parents worked it out with another girl and everything was fine the first girl was so mean she never smiled she's not helpful she did everything she could to make a whole experience and nightmare of that sure if I Habib spelled correctly but I'm sure you know who she is she does she she is she's awful she's the worst thing for your hotel
