Everything was great, especially the food and service at the onsite restaurant. My only complaint was that the heated pool was cold and dirty, especially the deep end, and the hot tub was not hot. Hotel was clean, room was clean, and it was fairly comfortable.

Staff really stood out, the valet guys and the desk concierge were great. Personally, I think the room can do with a little updating especially the carpet. It seem very worn and dirty. The walls can also do with some cleaning.

Staff was excellent, room service was awesome, food arrived quickly was fresh and delicious, however rooms are designed with drapes not closed all the way and for me who preferred a dark room, well, I had to place the luggage stand trying to close the bottom of the draped.

Excellent check in experience accomodating our early arrival from Australia. Room was updated, clean and comfortable. The plane noise was louder than I recalled in the past but not wholly unexpected given proximity to LAX! Airport shuttle was convenient and would stay here again.
