I had booked this property to treat my back issue and use the spa. On all 3 days of the trip the spa was freezing cold, there was no sign that it wasn't working. I feel a partial credit should be provided as I paid 200 a night considering the value of the spa. Without knowing it didn't work, I would have picked a different hotel as my back needed it for a medical condition.

Very convenient, clean, quite and all around a great place to stay. Only real complaint was that both the ice machine on my floor and the next one down were not working, but luckily they were close to the elevator.
