Staff was excellent at check-in and accommodating us on the first floor as requested. The room was clean but shabby. The linens and towels were very dingy. The towels had a smell to them. Bathroom had a pedestal sink with no counter space to place your toiletries, same for the shower no shelving to place toiletries.

Jacuzzi tub not working

We purchased a room with the Jacuzzi tub and the Jacuzzi tub did not work and that was really disappointing because that was the main reason we reserved that room

Roaches found in my room. Confronted management. He stated to let my housekeeper know about the issue. Definitely do not recommend this place. He still had the audacity to mention all he can do is refund my deposit. Broken glass structures and tv not working. Definitely do not recommend it.
