Long Beach Cheap Hotels

I stayed at Vinpearl for 4 nights with my family, and unfortunately, the experience did not meet expectations. The room condition was disappointing — basic maintenance issues such as a broken fridge and cupboard handles were present. Even after reporting these, they were not properly resolved, which was frustrating. Housekeeping was also inconsistent, and room service was not done to the standard you would expect from a property of this level. Communication was another challenge, as several staff members had difficulty understanding English, making even simple requests harder than they should be. Overall, the service felt quite average — there was a lack of proactive hospitality. No one checked in to ask about our stay, and there was little follow-up on the issues we raised. Food was another weak point. The Beach Bistro was underwhelming, and the Indian food options at breakfast were particularly disappointing. The only real highlight of the stay was the excellent connectivity via VinBus to VinWonders, VinSafari, and Grand World, which made getting around very convenient. Overall, while the location and connectivity are strong positives, the room quality, service standards, and food need significant improvement to justify staying here again.

Breakfast is fantastic. Huge spread!!! Fruits are very fresh lots of fresh coconut drink. Coffee station has Vietnamese coconut coffee and iced coffee as well as the usually lattes etc. pho station and western station. Nam our server knew our names instantly and called us by our names during our whole stay. I'm sure he did that with everyone. Nice personal touch and service was excellent from him. If you are planning to go to Grand world vinwonders or the Safari. This a great option. Shuttle service from the airport was eay and convenient and getting to all these e places are super convenient as well due to the free shuttle service
