I like that its 1 block away from the beach. The hotel staff friendly . News updating . Sink was clogged. Small rooms and could use updating.

Disgusting hotel, with full time tenants that seemed unsafe, filthy, not one single parking spot within blocks, and the rooms had been recently smoked in (cigarettes and weed). I didn't even stay, and was not issued a refund. It was a horrible experience and I will be contacting the better business bureau on both, Long Beach Hotel, and cheaptickets.com.

I prepaid and never stayed at the hotel. We could not find one parking space within blocks and blocks of this hotel. The room was like a dorm room. No dressers one chair. The lobby was not clean. They would not refund any money. I ended up at the Best Western in Rockville Centre which was so much better. Nevers again would I use Expedia or recommend staying at the Long Beach Hotel.

Parking is first come first serve and they charge $25. If they have a spot guarantee for the day I rented three rooms. my room I couldn’t turn the TV on. I didn’t know how the second room it was. The sink was clogged and the room was extra small. I won’t be back to this hotel.
